Lux Chocolate Ganache

RECIPE

1. Add the chopped chocolate & salt to a large heatproof bowl.

2. Combine heavy cream & coffee granules in a glass bowl and heat in microwave for about 1 minute until warm & steaming. Heat in 30 second intervals to prevent cream from boiling out of container. 

3. Stir and pour heavy cream mixture to bowl with chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes. 

4. Use whisk to stir until evenly combined. Add rum once mixture comes together.

9 ounces high quality bittersweet chocolate, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon dark rum

1 teaspoon instant coffee granules

1/4 teaspoon salt
